This page is for people who already use SOSX®: customers and trial users of SOSX and its editions. A person reads every message and replies by email.

What to include. Tell us which SOSX site you sign in to, what you were doing, and what happened. A few lines is plenty. For billing, give the invoice number or the name the account is under.

Billing. Write to us about invoices, payments, changing or cancelling a subscription, or the VAT details on an invoice. Choose "Billing and invoices" in the form so it reaches the right person.

Can't sign in? Use "Forgot password" on your SOSX site's own sign-in page first. If that doesn't get you in, send us a message here and say which site it is.
