Where SOSX comes from
SOSX was built for Innovate UK's Agentic AI Pioneers competition by Digital Tactics, a UK SME founded in Hove in 2011, and is in live enterprise trials. Its founder, Chris Dean, ran national-scale live interactive systems at Endemol Shine UK and leads research programmes; a paper on the SOSX design has been submitted to a peer-reviewed journal.

SOSX was built for Innovate UK's Agentic AI Pioneers competition, by Digital Tactics, and it is now in live enterprise trials. Digital Tactics was founded in Hove in twenty eleven, and the claims it makes about itself are the checkable kind: Cyber Essentials certification, and AWS partner status. Its founder, Chris Dean, spent a decade as Head of Technology at Endemol Shine UK, running live systems at national scale.
He initiated and leads the ITEA GreenCode research programme. A paper on the SOSX design has been submitted to a peer-reviewed journal, held to the platform's own discipline: every reference verified, and an adversarial review before it left the building.
