Think of a soap opera. Every household on the street is a system. The people and relationships inside it are its parts, and the drama is the flow of money and emotion between them: love, desire, hate.
Redstring treats a story world the same way. Redstring is named after the red string on a detective's corkboard, and that is its home screen: your world as a connected board, every element pinned and every thread visible. It sits above your toolchain rather than replacing it.
A world exports to Fountain for screenplays, Twine for interactive fiction, EPUB for readers, and Obsidian for the world bible. Redstring supports human production teams and never replaces them. We will not train on writers' work without consent, and you can always see where a value came from.
It is rarely the studio with the largest bible that moves first. It is the one that has just been caught out. If your story world has outgrown its wiki, bring it to us, and let's talk.
